Barbeque Beef Ribs

Nothing says "summer" like a barbeque beef rib. And these are really easy to put together in the crock pot. The smell of the barbeque sauce is like a tease...

1 rack of beef ribs
1 bottle barbeque sauce, I used Kraft original flavor
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp yellow mustard.

With a sharp knife, seperate the ribs between the bone. Lay in crock pot anyway they fit so the lid will shut. Pour some of the barbeque sauce on top.
Add the vinegar and mustard to the bottle, shake well to combine. Pour this mixture over the beef ribs. Cook on high for 4 hours, then switch to low for 2 more. After the first 2-3 hours, open the lid and as quickly as you can, with a turkey baster draw up some of the liquid from the bottom and baste the meat on the top a couple of times. Then close back up.

Serve with garlicky mashed potatoes, and a large napkin!

I like Nathan's reflection on the table - hehehe!

Anyway, great looking ribs! I love barbecued meat of any sort. So good!
